Biography
Dominic Fetchero, Esq., is a Senior Associate in the Jacksonville office. He focuses his practice in general liability, automobile negligence, premises liability, and first party property matters. Dominic also handles PIP and insurance coverage cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Dominic worked as an associate attorney handling automobile accident, premises liability, first party property, personal injury protection and coverage cases for other Florida defense firms. He has also worked as a Legislative Aid following graduation from Florida State University and prior to attending law school.
Dominic earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University (2014). He obtained his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law (2019) and his Masters in Public Policy from Jacksonville University (2019). While attending law school, Dominic worked directly under former National Football League General Counsel and executive, Michael Huyghue. Here, he provided assistance with marketing, legal research, contractual agreements, and settlement agreements, as well as worked with athletes and entertainment industry clients, including local PGA Tour professional golfer Len Mattiace. Dominic also assisted Mr. Mattiace on several projects for his foundation, the Len Mattiace Foundation.
Dominic is admitted in Florida (2021). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (2021).
