Biography

Andrew N. Walker, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Fort Myers office. He concentrates his practice on general liability, home owners association, condominium association, premises liability and first party property matters. Andrew also handles commercial litigation, appellate and employment law cases.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew began his practice at a boutique litigation firm in Fort Myers representing both corporate and individual clients in a wide array of general and complex legal matters. Here he gained extensive experience managing all aspects of the litigation process including defending FLSA collective actions, legal and medical malpractice, and first party property cases.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University (2012). He obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law (2016).

Andrew is admitted Florida (2016), Washington, D.C. (2021), and California (2022). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle Districts of Florida (2021).
