Biography

Erin O'Connell, Esq. is a Senior Partner.  She is a member of the General Liability and Automobile & Fleet Liability teams.  Erin has litigated fraudulent insurance claims involving policyholders and/or medical providers. Erin focuses her practice on automobile liability, bodily injury claims and general liability defense.

Erin has represented a variety of clients including insurers, commercial businesses, property owners, home owners associations, retail stores, bowling alleys, gas stations, and construction companies in litigation involving injury and premises liability.  She covers matters in Palm Beach, Martin, Indian River, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

Erin obtained her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fordham University (2008).  She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami (2011). Erin is admitted in Florida (2013). She is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2016). Erin is admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (2016).  She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida (2016).
