Biography
Jack D. Luks is a Founding Partner and AV® Preeminent ™ Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and his peers. Jack has over 30 years of trial litigation experience in State and Federal courts. As Litigation Director of the firm, he heads up the firm’s complex and high exposure trial team. Jack is distinguished for his results in defending all types of Premises Liability, Negligent Security and Negligence matters involving improper maintenance of the premises. Jack’s practice also includes Wrongful Death, General Liability, Auto and Trucking Liability, Product Liability, Professional Liability and Construction Litigation.
Jack has represented a variety of clients including shopping malls and centers, grocery stores, retail stores, hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, movie theaters, parking lots, office buildings, commercial businesses, apartment complexes, landlords and property owners, insurers, and construction companies on a wide range of complex litigation involving serious injury or death.
