Biography
David S. Harrigan, Esq., is a Senior Partner in the Orlando office. He is a Board Certified Construction Law Expert by the Florida Bar and a member of the Construction Defect Litigation Group. David has been rated DistinguishedTM by Martindale Hubbell and his peers. His practice is primarily focused on commercial and construction litigation matters, including construction defect and contract claims on behalf of architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and subcontractors. David also handles professional liability claims on behalf of design professionals, general business disputes, environmental and toxic tort, product liability, and premises liability claims.
Prior to joining the firm, David has worked for statewide and national insurance defense firms handling construction defect and construction liability cases. Here he managed the construction law practice group for the firm providing supervision and mentoring to the attorneys working under him. David has presented at numerous seminars on the subject of construction litigation.
David earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida, graduating cum laude (1997). He obtained his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law (2000). David is admitted in Florida (2000). He is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Southern (2003), Middle (2001), and Northern (2003) Districts of Florida.
