Description: The session on Artificial Intelligence in Legal Services will create awareness and educate risk managers and claims professionals on how to integrate AI tools and processes for organizations as professionals rapidly adjust to the advancements in technology in litigation management. The session will be presented by Claims Professionals and Attorneys using AI tools in litigation management.
Panelists will share perspectives on where we are now with AI and where we expect to be in 5 years.  Panelists will discuss AI products they are using in managing claims and lawsuits.  AI’s ability for predictive analytics and how it will emerge as a settlement and trial tactics tool will be highlighted. The law firm’s perspective and how they can work with AI for efficiency and accuracy of work product will be considered. Claims and risk professionals will benefit from the panelists’ perspective on how they see AI changing claims and litigation management as well as risk management.
