Biography
Zoe E. Nelson, Esq., is a Senior Associate in the Stuart office. She focuses her practice on premises liability, wrongful death, trucking and automobile accident cases. She also handles first party property, professional liability, medical malpractice, nursing home, and alternative living facility matters.
Zoe received her Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College (2018). While at Rollins, she played for the women’s tennis team. Zoe obtained a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law (2022). She was a Staff Editor for the Law Review and Business Review journals. Zoe also worked as a judicial intern for The Honorable Cynthia L. Cox in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court and further served as a Student Advocate for FSU’s Public Interest Law Center’s Children’s Advocacy Clinic.
Zoe is a member of the Texas and Florida Bar (2023).
