Biography
Madeline S. Dixon, Esq., is an Associate in the Miami office. She focuses her practice on automobile negligence, general liability, construction liability, negligent security and premises liability matters. She also handles worker’s compensation, sexual misconduct liability and trucking liability cases.
Madeline received a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University, graduating summa cum laude (2020). She earned a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law (2023). While in law school, Madeline was a judicial extern for The Honorable Judge Angela Dempsey in the Second Judicial Circuit Court in Tallahassee. She also worked as a law clerk in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, and auto dealer franchise law, gaining experience with litigation and franchise disputes. Madeline was an editor on the Florida State University Law Review , a member of the Florida State Business Review and the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law and competed for the FSU Law Moot Court Team in the Zehmer National Moot Court Competition.
