Biography
Madeline S. Dixon, Esq., is an Associate in the Miami office. She is a member of the firm’s Sexual Misconduct Liability Group, and handles cases involving sex trafficking, rapes of minors and adults, and sexual assaults. Madeline’s areas of practice also include general liability, premises liability, negligent security, transportation claims, construction litigation, product liability, professional liability, and automobile negligence.
Madeline received a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University, graduating summa cum laude (2020) where she majored in English and History, with a minor in Philosophy. She earned a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law (2023). While in law school, Madeline was a judicial extern for The Honorable Judge Angela Dempsey in the Second Judicial Circuit Court in Tallahassee. She also worked as a law clerk in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, and auto dealer franchise law, gaining experience with litigation and franchise disputes. Madeline was an editor on the Florida State University Law Review, a member of the Florida State Business Review and the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law and competed for the FSU Law Moot Court Team in the Zehmer National Moot Court Competition.
