Biography
Lindsey N. Tucker, Esq., is an Associate in the Miami office. She has tried over 20 jury trials to verdict. Lindsey focuses her practice on construction defect, general liability and appellate matters in both State and Federal Court.
After graduating law school, Lindsey began working as a prosecutor for the 10th Judicial Circuit for Hardee, Highlands and Polk Counties, Florida. She was the lead prosecutor in both misdemeanor and felony cases. Following her time at the prosecutor’s office, Lindsey worked for an insurance defense firm where she handled construction defect litigation. She subsequently got married to an active service member in the Army and moved to Maryland. While in Maryland, Lindsey practiced Immigration law, in Federal court in DC, Maryland, and Virginia assisting asylum seekers from various countries all over the world, attending hearings and advocating on their behalf.
Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in 2006. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2017. Lindsey is admitted in Florida (2017), Washington, D.C. (2019) and Maryland (2021).
