Biography
Lindsey N. Tucker, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the firm’s Miami office. She focuses her practice on construction defect litigation, general liability matters, and appellate advocacy in both state and federal courts. An accomplished trial attorney, Lindsey has successfully tried more than 20 jury trials to verdict.
Lindsey began her legal career as a prosecutor with Florida’s Tenth Judicial Circuit, serving Hardee, Highlands, and Polk Counties. In that capacity, she served as lead prosecutor in both misdemeanor and felony matters, developing extensive courtroom and trial experience. She later transitioned into private practice with an insurance defense firm, concentrating her practice on construction defect litigation.
Following her relocation to Maryland as the spouse of an active-duty member of the United States Army, Lindsey expanded her practice to include immigration law. She represented asylum seekers from countries around the world in federal courts throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, advocating for clients at various stages of the immigration process.
Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with minors in Chemistry and Criminology, from Florida State University in 2006. After graduation, she worked as a Child Protection Investigator in Pasco County, Florida, where she investigated allegations of child abuse and neglect and advocated in court for the best interests and protection of vulnerable children. This experience inspired her passion for advocacy and ultimately led her to pursue a legal career.
Lindsey received a Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law in 2017. While in law school, she served as an Article Editor for the Law Review and was a member of the award-winning Mock Trial Team.
Lindsey is admitted in Florida (2017), Washington, D.C. (2019) and Maryland (2021). She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2023).
