Biography
Anthony J. Merendino, Esq., is the Orlando Managing Partner with over 20 years of trial litigation experience. He is AV® Preeminent™ rated by Martindale-Hubbell and his peers. Anthony concentrates his practices in premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, general liability, trucking, construction claims, catastrophic claims involving fire and water losses and product liability matters. Additionally, Anthony is a member of our Surgical LOP Abuse team. As a member of the Surgical LOP Abuse team, he regularly investigates unreasonable billing practices of medical professionals, as well as financial bias. Anthony also handles subrogation matters, and when necessary will go to trial to recover those amounts. Anthony may also assist in evaluating the likelihood of recovering a judgment from responsible third parties.
Anthony earned his Bachelor of arts degree from the University of Central Florida. He holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law.
Anthony is admitted to practice law in Florida (2001) and to the United States District Court for Southern (2001), Middle (2008) and Northern (2001) Districts of Florida. He is also admitted to the United States Tax Court (2001), the United States Supreme Court (2013) and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (2001).
