Biography

Bonnie M. Sack, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the firm’s Miami office, offering clients over 24 years of seasoned trial and appellate experience in both State and Federal courts. As a core member of the Appellate and Trial Support Division, Bonnie leverages her deep, advanced knowledge of civil procedure to steer complex litigation strategy at both the trial and appellate levels throughout Florida.

Bonnie’s practice centers on sophisticated insurance defense and liability matters, including first party property, retail and premises liability, negligent security, general liability, commercial trucking and transportation, and automobile negligence. She also regularly handles professional liability, errors and omissions (E&O), directors and officers (D&O) liability, and complex insurance coverage disputes.

As a specialist in trial support, Bonnie is recognized for her mastery of procedural rules and tactical motion practice. She serves as a critical strategic asset in high-stakes litigation, identifying winning procedural avenues and insulating the trial record for appeal. Her expertise includes, dispositive motion practice, trial positioning and appellate advocacy including designing and executing comprehensive strategies for motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment to secure early, favorable resolutions, drafting and arguing complex motions in limine and Daubert motions to shape the evidentiary landscape before trial, and managing procedural hurdles at the appellate level, backed by a strong record of drafting appellate briefs and delivering oral arguments.

Bonnie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Brandeis University (1998). She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law (2001). During law school, Bonnie was a member of University of Miami School of Law’s Moot Court.

Bonnie is admitted in Florida (2002) and to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2002).
