Erin A. Zebell, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Orlando office. She represents clients in trucking negligence, premises liability, motor vehicle personal injury claims, and a broad range of general liability matters. Known for her strategic approach and practical problem-solving skills, Erin works closely with clients to develop effective litigation strategies focused on achieving efficient and favorable results.
With a strong foundation in insurance defense litigation, Erin has extensive experience representing insurance carriers and insureds in complex, high-exposure disputes throughout Florida. Her background includes defending claims involving hurricane damage, water intrusion, plumbing failures, mold losses, and other significant property damage matters. This depth of experience allows her to effectively navigate technically complex cases and manage challenging liability exposures.
Erin’s practice also includes litigation involving condominium and homeowners’ associations, insurance coverage analysis, and creditors’ rights matters, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both property and liability-related disputes.
