Biography
Todd Springer is the Jacksonville Managing Partner and has over 20 years of trial litigation experience. He dedicates his practice to automobile negligence, trucking liability, general liability, premises liability, product liability, construction litigation, wrongful death, commercial litigation and health, life & disability law. Todd has extensive experience handling Surgical LOP Abuse and Fraud Special Investigation cases.
Todd began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County handling DUI misdeameanor, felony burglary and possession of drug cases. He then moved on as an associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale office. Todd worked with Managing Partner Dan Santaniello for a number of years before moving to Orlando to grow that office. He then took a leave of absence to serve our Country and work for the United States Secret Service during the Obama Administration. Thereafter Todd rejoined our firm and took over as Managing Partner of the Jacksonville office.
Todd has received a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University in 1998. His undergraduate work was at Florida State University where he received a B.S. in Criminology in 1994. Todd is admitted in Florida (1999) and to the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida (1999).
Todd is the Florida Defense Lawyers Association (FDLA) committee chair for the Premises Liability committee and has several first chair trials with the firm. He is also an approved instructor for Florida Adjuster Continuing Education.
