Biography
Dylan M. Levenson, Esq., is an Associate in the Boca Raton office. Dylan focuses his practice on construction defect, arbitration and mediation, litigation support, and complex motion practice. Dylan also has practice experience in areas of law pertaining to homeowners and condominium associations and insurance coverage.
Dylan works as a writing and research attorney in the Boca Raton office, where he researches difficult legal questions, drafts complex motions such as dispositive motions and motions to exclude expert witnesses and evidence, and prepares jury instructions and verdict forms. Additionally, Dylan has assisted attorneys in preparing for mediation, with such assistance helping defense counsel and clients settling cases at mediation or shorty after. Dylan's work as a writing and research attorney has greatly benefited clients in that through strong motion practice, Dylan has weakened an opposing side's case or has pressured the opposing side to settle.
Prior to being admitted to the Florida Bar, Dylan worked for the firm as a law clerk.
Dylan earned a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University, graduating magna cum laude (2019). Dylan graduated Florida State University with three majors (Political Science, interdisciplinary Social Sciences and International Affairs).
Dylan obtained a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law (2022). During law school, Dylan was a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Ronald W. Flury in the Second Judicial Circuit. Dylan was also the Writing & Research Editor for the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy, a founding member and secretary of the Jewish Law Students Association, and a general member of International Law Students Association and Student Bar Association. Dylan also earned a book award for the Judicial Externship: Perspectives Course and he authored a paper that was published in the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy, "Holocaust Denial Laws--What Standards Should Countries Follow in Drafting Them". Lastly, Dylan was a student advocate at FSU Law's Public Interest Law Center his 1L summer where he worked with their Immigration and Farmworker Project.
Dylan is admitted in Florida (2023).
