Biography
Mykoll A. Finikin-Roumain, Esq., is an Associate in the Fort Lauderdale office. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage matters, auto glass litigation, and SIU Fraud Special Investigations.
Prior to joining the firm, Mykoll defended a prominent insurance carrier against auto glass repair, replacement and calibration companies as an associate attorney. In addition, Mykoll assisted adjusters with their investigation of suspected insurance fraud.
Mykoll is a native of Jamaica and describes her legal journey as unconventional. She obtained a Bachelor of Law from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica (2018). Mykoll received a Master of Law, graduating summa cum laude from Florida State University College of Law (2019). Mykoll thereafter earned a Juris Doctor at Florida State University College of Law (2021).
Mykoll is admitted to practice in Florida (2021). Mykoll is also a member of the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court, the Caribbean Bar Association, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
