Biography
Anthony J. Badway, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Boca Raton office and has over 9 years of litigation experience. Anthony focuses his practice on auto liability, premises liability, and negligent security claims. Anthony also handles commercial litigation, trucking, general liability and D&O cases. Anthony represents claimants in FINRA arbitration. He is conversational in Spanish.
Prior to joining the firm, Anthony worked as in-house counsel for a national insurance carrier handling their automobile negligence, premises liability and negligent security matters. He also worked for a Florida Insurance Defense firm where he additionally handled general liability, automobile negligence, premises liability, trucking and copyright cases. Anthony has experience in commercial litigation including directors and officers claims and contract disputes. He previously handled intellectual property disputes in federal court involving trademark and copyright claims. During his career, Anthony has litigated appeals in both state and federal court.
Anthony earned a Bachelor of Science from Barry University (2010). He obtained a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center (2014).
Anthony is admitted in Florida (2015). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern (2016), Middle (2021) and Southern (2016) Districts of Florida.
