Biography
Anthony J. Badway, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the firm’s Boca Raton office with over nine years of litigation experience. His practice is focused on auto liability, premises liability, and negligent security matters. In addition, Anthony handles a wide range of complex cases, including commercial litigation, trucking liability, general liability, and directors and officers (D&O) claims. He also represents clients in FINRA arbitration proceedings. He is conversational in Spanish.
Prior to joining the firm, Anthony served as in-house staff counsel for a national insurance carrier, where he managed automobile negligence, premises liability, and negligent security claims. He also practiced at a Florida-based insurance defense firm, gaining additional experience in general liability, trucking, copyright, automobile negligence, and premises liability matters.
Anthony's litigation background includes substantial experience in commercial disputes, including contract matters and D&O claims. He has also handled intellectual property cases in federal court involving trademark and copyright issues. Throughout his career, he has litigated appeals in both state and federal courts.
Anthony earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a Minor in Business from Barry University (2010). He obtained a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center (2014).
Anthony is admitted in Florida (2015). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern (2016) and Southern (2016) Districts of Florida.
