Biography

Frank A. Vasconcelos, II, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Fort Myers office. He has tried more than 15 trials to verdict. Frank focuses on premise liability, general liability and first party property cases He also handles commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters. Frank is fluent in Spanish.

Prior to joining the firm, Frank served as a Senior Associate Corporate General Counsel for a Florida insurance company. As Senior Corporate Counsel, he led and managed a team of Associates in the First Party Property Division. Frank began his career working as an Assistant Public Defender for the Palm Beach County Public Defender’s Office. Here he gained significant experience in the courtroom representing hundreds of clients through jury and bench trials.

Frank received a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University (2014). He obtained a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University, Benjamin L. Crump College of Law (2018).

Frank is admitted in Florida (2018). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2022).
