Biography
Frank A. Vasconcelos II, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Fort Myers office. Frank focuses on First Party Property cases, Premises Liability and Insurance Coverage matters. He also handles Commercial Litigation matters and Homeowner’s Association disputes. He has successfully taken more than 15 cases to jury verdict. He brings substantial courtroom experience to every stage of litigation, from pre-suit strategy through verdict.
Before entering private practice, Frank served as an Assistant Public Defender in Palm Beach County where he developed strong advocacy skills, sharpened his trial instincts, and gained extensive courtroom experience. He has handled contested hearings, witness examinations, and other high-pressure courtroom proceedings. During his days in the public sector, Frank drew public attention from various news outlets for his zealous representation of a client in a highly contested matter. His Public Defender background formed his strategic, confident, and practical approach to litigation on behalf of clients.
Frank is known for his client-centered approach. He is a diligent and responsive advocate who is committed to providing high level of service and practice guidance throughout the course of representation. Frank works closely with clients to understand their objectives, develop effective litigation strategies, and obtain favorable results. Frank received a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University (2014). He obtained a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University, Benjamin L. Crump College of Law (2018).
Frank is admitted in Florida (2018). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2022).
