Biography

Davis R. Soderberg, Esq., is an Associate in the Miami office. He focuses his practice on general liability, premises liability and negligent security matters.. He also handles automobile and trucking liability cases.

Prior to law school, Davis worked as a Free Enterprise Project Associate at the National Center for Public Policy Research in Washinton, D.C. During this time, he had numerous publications in the Washington Times, Washington Examiner, and Daily Caller.

Davis earned his Bachelor of Science from George Mason University (2020). While at George Mason, he was a member of the George Mason Men’s Golf Team, a Peter N. Stearns Provost Scholar Athlete recipient, and a 4-time Dean’s List honoree. Davis obtained a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law (2024). While in law school, he was a member of the Wake Forest Journal of Law & Policy and a class representative of The Federalist Society.

Davis is admitted in Florida (2024). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2024).
