Biography
Michelle K. Arcia, Esq., is an Associate in the Miami office. She focuses her practice on various aspects of liability, including automobile negligence, general liability, premises liability, and professional liability matters. Michelle also handles insurance coverage cases. She is fluent in Spanish.
Prior to joining the firm, Michelle practiced at a national defense firm where she handled professional liability matters and commercial litigation.
Michelle received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Alabama (2017). She obtained her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law (2021). While in law school, she was the recipient of several book awards, named to the Dean’s list, and served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Lody Jean in the Criminal Division of The Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida in Miami.
Michelle is admitted in Florida (2022). She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2024).
