Biography
Rhett S. Perret, Esq., is a Senior Associate in the Jacksonville office. He focuses his practice on construction defect and commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Rhett practiced as an associate at a boutique construction defect and real estate law firm handling construction defect litigation, real property litigation, and homeowners’ and condominium association disputes.
Rhett received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Florida, graduating summa cum laude in 2018. Following his undergraduate studies, Rhett earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law graduating cum laude in 2022. While in law school, he served as a general editor for the Journal of Technology Law and Policy and was named on the Dean’s List for multiple semesters.
Rhett is admitted in Florida (2023).
