Biography

Marlo A. Bodach, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Tampa office. She focuses her practice on general liability, premises liability, construction defect, bad faith, time limit demands and tenders, and negligent security matters in both state and federal court. Marlo also handles automobile negligence, bad faith, product liability and professional liability cases.

Marlo earned a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University (2000). She obtained a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (2004). Marlo volunteers with Bay Area Legal Services, St. Michaels Legal Center for Women and Children, and Metropolitan Ministries.

Marlo is admitted in Florida (2006). She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (2008).
