Biography

Jennifer L. Hogue, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the firm’s Miami office with more than 20 years of litigation experience. She has been certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit, County, and Family Court Mediator and has also been a Qualified Florida Arbitrator since 2015.

Early in her practice, Jennifer served as Assistant General Counsel to criminal court Judges in multiple Judicial Circuits in Florida focusing on wrongful convictions. Throughout her legal career, she has represented governmental entities and insurers throughout Florida in complex litigation involving personal injury protection (PIP) claims and first-party property disputes. In addition to her litigation experience, she has spent more than a decade serving as a mediator and arbitrator in family law matters, including divorce and child custody disputes.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Finance with a Minor in Spanish and German from Illinois State University (1999). She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law (2004). Jennifer is admitted to practice in Florida (2004) and Missouri (2006). She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern (2005) and Middle (2010) Districts of Florida.
