Biography
Jennifer L. Hogue, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Miami office. Jennifer has over 20 years of litigation experience. She has been certified by the Florida Supreme Court since 2015 as a Circuit Court Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator. Jennifer focuses her practice on first party property and PIP litigation. She also handles automobile negligence cases.
Since becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Jennifer has focused her practice on litigation handling cases involving PIP, motor vehicle negligence, and first party property. She has additionally been serving as a mediator and arbitrator for over 10 years handling family law issues involving divorce and child custody issues.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Illinois State University (1999). She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law (2004). Jennifer is admitted to practice in Florida (2004) and Missouri (2006). She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern (2005) and Middle (2010) Districts of Florida.
