Biography
William Kevin Kilgore, Esq. (“Kevin”), is a Senior Associate in the Tampa office and a member of the nursing home and assisted living defense practice team. He focuses his practice representing long-term care facilities, medical providers and facilities in healthcare. He also handles medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, insurance coverage and wrongful death litigation.
For many years, Kevin operated his own law firm(s) practicing in a variety of healthcare-related industries, including those involving disability, injury, private and public health insurance, and worker’s compensation law.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida (1985). He received a Juris Doctor from Mercer University (1988). Kevin is admitted in Florida (1989) and Georgia (1989). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (1992).
