Biography

Dominick V. Tamarazzo, Esq., is a Senior Partner in the Miami office with over 29 years of litigation experience. He focuses his practice on general liability, construction disputes, negligent security, premises liability, product liability, trucking, employer liability and complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. Dominick also handles automobile negligence, government liability, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation and roadway construction cases. Additionally, he provides strategic counsel on business contract formation, review, and negotiation.

Recognized for his ability to navigate high-stakes litigation, Dominick has built a strong reputation for representing corporations, insurers, and individuals in sophisticated legal matters. His deep understanding of his clients’ industries, products, and business objectives allows him to craft tailored legal strategies that align with their goals. Throughout his career, Dominick has represented a diverse client base in complex civil litigation involving catastrophic damages, including wrongful death, brain injuries, burns, and paraplegia/quadriplegia cases. His clients include state governmental agencies and municipalities, insurance companies, manufacturers, business owners, property owners, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, material and equipment suppliers, and design professionals nationwide.

Dominick earned a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University (1993). He obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law (1996). Dominick is admitted in Florida (1996). He is also admitted to the United State District Court for the Northern (2011), Middle (1999) and Southern (2001) Districts of Florida.
