Biography

Amanda M. Qadri, Esq., is a Senior Associate in the Stuart office. She focuses her practice on automobile negligence, premises liability, and negligent security matters. Amanda also handles construction defect, commercial litigation, and first-party property cases. Fluent in Arabic and proficient in Spanish, Amanda’s multilingual abilities allow her to communicate effectively with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, helping them feel heard, understood, and confidently represented. Amanda is committed to making the legal process both accessible and approachable.

Before joining the firm, Amanda successfully managed her solo practice, where she handled every stage of representation—from case intake and strategic assessment to litigation management, client advocacy, and day-to-day firm operations. That experience gave her a practical, hands-on understanding of what clients need most: responsive counsel and an attorney who treats their case like more than just another claim file number. She also previously worked at a national defense firm, where she developed extensive experience litigating and analyzing complex coverage issues involving general liability and first-party property claims. She has represented clients in both federal and state courts throughout Florida and brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach to every matter she handles.

Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University, graduating magna cum laude (2014). She obtained a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law (2017). While at Florida State, Amanda served as a research assistant, with her contributions recognized in the Georgetown Law Journal and the Iowa Law Review. Amanda also served as a teaching assistant for the International Human Rights course taught by Talbot “Sandy” D’Alemberte. She received Book Awards for earning the highest grades in several courses including Elder Law, Criminal Practice Clinic, and Florida Criminal Pre-Trial Procedure. Amanda developed her advocacy skills as a competing member of the Trial Team and as a Certified Legal Intern with the Office of the State Attorney for Florida’s 17th Judicial Circuit, where she tried five cases to verdict.

Amanda is admitted to practice in Florida (2017), the District of Columbia (2024), and Virginia (2025). She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2017).
