Biography
Mariana C. Stevenson, Esq., is an Associate in the Fort Lauderdale office. She is certified mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. Mariana focuses her practice on general liability, premises liability and product liability matters. She also handles automobile negligence and first party property cases. Mariana is fluent in Spanish.
Mariana received a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University (2012). She obtained a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, graduating cum laude (2017). While in law school, Mariana was the Chair of Academics of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review, a member Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International, and a member of the St. Thomas University School of Law Moot Court. She also clerked for the Honorable Judge Robert Luck and served as a Certified Legal Intern for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Immigration and Customs Enforcement in both Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Mariana further worked as a Consumer Protection Advocate for Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida defending foreclosure actions, as well as assist elderly client gain legal status in the United States.
Mariana is admitted in Florida (2025) and to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2025).
