Biography

Dane M. Jensen, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Gainesville office. He focuses his practice on automobile negligence, premises liability, general liability and workers’ compensation matters. Dane also handles EPL, construction defect, trucking, commercial litigation and appeals.

Dane began his career handling criminal defense matters including felonies through trial and appeal. He additionally assisted partners with capital collateral death penalty appeals. Dane then transitioned to insurance defense litigation both as in-house counsel and with a private insurance defense firm where he handled labor, workers’ compensation, EPL and premises liability matters.  Additionally, as in-house counsel, I oversaw trucking litigation being handled by outside counsel.

Dane earned a Bachelor of Science (2007) and a Masters in Public Administration (2009) from Georgia Southern University. He obtained a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law (2014).

Dane is admitted in Florida (2015). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (2016).
