Biography

Eric V. Tourian, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Orlando office. He focuses his practice on complex automobile negligence, premises liability and general liability matters. Eric also handles insurance coverage, medical malpractice, property damage, subrogation and SIU fraud special investigation cases.

Eric began his career as an Assistant Public Defender with the Orange County Public Defender’s office. He then transitioned to civil litigation handling automobile negligence, premises liability, property damage and first party property matters for a large Florida insurance defense firm. During this time, he additionally handled probate and guardianship matters with regard to settlements and obtaining court approvals of same.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern University, graduating summa cum laude and in the top 1% of his class (1995). He obtained a Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School (2005). While in law school, Eric participated in the unemployment clinic representing claimants who had been denied their benefits.

Eric is admitted in Florida (2005) and Wisconsin (2005).
