Biography
Braulio M. Rodriguez, Esq., is an Associate in the Orlando office. Braulio has tried over 25 cases to verdict. He focuses his practice on construction defect, automobile negligence and PIP cases. Braulio also handles negligent security, premises liability and trucking matters. He has represented developers of luxury residential high-rise buildings, general contractors of multi-unit residential apartment complexes and of luxury residential homes, as well as window, roof, and pool subcontractors in both residential and commercial buildings. Braulio is fluent in Spanish.
Braulio began his career as an Assistant Public Defender in Polk County, Florida. As Assistant Public Defender, he gained tried numerous cases to jury verdict. Following his time in the Public Defenders’ office, Braulio transitioned to civil litigation where he began handling automobile negligence, PIP and construction defect defense matters.
Braulio earned a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Arizona (2007). He obtained a Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law (2016).
Braulio is admitted in Florida (2016). He is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (2021).
