Biography
David Rosinsky, Esq., Senior Partner is a team leader for the the construction defect team in the Fort Lauderdale office. He is a Board Certified Construction Law Expert by the Florida Bar. David has been practicing law for over twenty five years. He has represented various construction trades, developers, architects, and engineers in complex commercial litigation, construction defect claims, property damage subrogation claims (i.e., flood, fire, mold), insurance coverage and product liability matters. He has also handled substantial construction claims involving elevators and escalators and construction related accident/injuries matters. In this capacity, he has handled all aspects of litigation from inception to trial.
David also concentrates his practices in complex commercial litigation matters. He has also represented condominium associations and homeowner associations on various directors and officers claims, including HUD Complaints, ADA, FLSA, EEOC discrimination claims and owner/tenant disputes. David has experience handling roadway construction cases involving improper dumping, design flaws with regard to design of the roadway and MOT issues including design issues for lane closures.
Prior to attending law school, David was a claims adjuster for a major insurance carrier and third party administrator. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University. David received his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac College School of Law.
David is admitted in Florida (2010) and to the United States District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida (2012). He is also admitted in all courts of the State of New York (1998); and to the United States District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York (2001). He is admitted in the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces (2005) and the United States Supreme Court (2005).
