Biography

Lindsay C. Fryer, Esq., is a Senior Associate in the Pensacola office. She has had over 30 trials and administrative hearings. In addition, she has second chaired numerous trials and administrative hearings. Lindsay focuses her practice on general liability, premises liability, and automobile negligence litigation. She also handles employment law, government liability and workers’ compensation matters.

Lindsay began her career as an Assistant State Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit where she served as the Misdemeanor Attorney Supervisor, as well as a line attorney prosecuting various cases, including special prosecution cases, in both Circuit Court and County Court. She also served as a Senior Attorney in the Employment Litigation and Human Resources Unit of the Florida Department of Correction’s General Counsel’s Office where she handled a variety of human resources and employment law matters. Lindsay has taught multiple courses at the collegiate level as an adjunct professor at multiple colleges and universities, including Legal Advocacy, Contracts and Business Entities, Criminal Law & Procedure, Constitutional Law, Legal Environment of Business, and Real Estate Law. Additionally, Lindsay sits on the University of West Florida’s Legal Advisory Board and previously served as a mock trial coach. Prior to obtaining her J.D., Lindsay worked in Healthcare Consulting, Expert Witness Recruiting, and Trial Consulting.

Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of West Florida, graduating cum laude (2009). She obtained a Juris Doctor from Mississippi College, School of Law (2014). While in law school, Lindsay was the Vice President of the Women’s Student Bar Association and a member of the Advocacy Society.

Lindsay is admitted in Florida (2016). She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida (2022). Lindsay is a member of the Escambia Santa Rosa Bar Association and has written two publications.
