Biography
Jordan M. Greenberg, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Boca Raton office. He focuses his practice on a wide range of civil defense matters, including general liability, premises liability, product liability, negligent security, retail liability, sexual misconduct liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, trucking negligence, insurance coverage disputes, government liability, and automobile negligence cases.
Prior to rejoining the firm, Jordan served as a Business Unit Leader at a multi-state insurance defense firm. In that role, he managed a team handling complex litigation matters involving general liability, premises liability, product liability, negligent security, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, and automobile negligence cases. Jordan represented a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, school districts, major hotel and resort chains, retailers, municipalities, condominium associations, restaurants, industrial equipment manufacturers, and transportation and trucking companies.
Jordan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude in 2011. He received a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2014, graduating summa cum laude and in the top five percent of his class.
During law school, Jordan was recognized as a Goodwin Scholar and earned placement on the Dean’s List for three consecutive years. He also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Alfred J. Horowitz of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Broward County, Florida. In addition, Jordan was a member of the Executive Board of the Nova Law Review, serving as Lead Articles Editor, and held multiple teaching and research assistant positions in the areas of Criminal Law and Lawyering Skills & Values.
Jordan is admitted in to practice law in Florida (2014) and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2014).
