Biography
Jordan M. Greenberg, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Boca Raton office. He focuses his practice on general liability, premises liability, product liability, negligent security, general and retail liability matters. Jordan also handles sexual misconduct liability, uninsured/underinsured, trucking negligence, insurance coverage, government liability and automobile negligence cases.
Prior to rejoining the firm, Jordan was a Business Unit Leader at a multi-state insurance defense firm handling general liability, premises liability, product liability, general liability, negligent security, uninsured/underinsured cases and automobile negligence cases. Jordan was responsible for overseeing a team handling complex matters in the representation of various Fortune 500 companies, school districts, major hotel and resort chains, retailers, government municipalities, condo associations, restaurants, industrial machine manufacturers, and transportation trucking companies in the defense matters.
Jordan earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude (2011). He obtained a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, graduating summa cum laude (2014). Jordan was a Goodwin Scholar in law school where he earned a spot on the Dean’s List for three consecutive years and graduated in the top 5% of his class. During law school, he was a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Alfred J. Horowitz in the 17th Judicial Circuit for Broward County, Florida. Additionally, he served on the Executive Board of the Nova Law Review as the Lead Articles Editor and held several teaching and research assistant positions in the areas of Criminal Law and Lawyering Skills & Values.
Jordan is admitted in Florida (2014). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2014).
