Biography
Justin M. Schwerling, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Miami office with over 16 years of litigation experience in insurance defense, PIP, and first-party property. Known for his strategic approach and deep legal acumen, Justin has built a distinguished reputation as a trusted advocate for his clients across a broad spectrum of complex litigation matters.
Throughout his career, Justin has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to delivering results-driven legal representation. His extensive background in insurance defense and PIP litigation, combined with his nuanced understanding of first-party property disputes, positions him as a formidable presence in the courtroom and at the negotiating table.
Justin remains dedicated to providing his clients with the highest standard of legal counsel, combining rigorous preparation with a client-focused approach that has defined his practice for over a decade and a half.
Justin earned his B.A. in Communications from Ohio University (2003) and a Masters from the University of Heidelberg in Germany (2006). He obtained his Juris Doctor from Florida International University (FIU) (2009). He also studied abroad in Scotland. While in Law School, Justin co-founded the Government and Politics Student Association and served as its Vice President. He was also a legal volunteer at the Maurice & Jane Sugar Law Center for Economic and Social Justice in the area of Labor & Employment Law.
Justin is admitted in Florida (2010).
