Biography
Shanice K. Peacock, Esq., is a Senior Associate Attorney in the Gainesville office. She focuses her practice on general liability, first party property and premises liability matters. Shanice handles workers’ compensation and automobile negligence cases.
Shanice began her career at the Department of Financial Services as a Workers’ Compensation Compliance Attorney. She then transitioned to private practice where she defended companies and individuals on automobile negligence, premises liability, general liability and first party property litigation.
Shanice received a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University (2018). She obtained a Juris Doctor from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law (2021). While in law school, Shanice was a law clerk for the Department of Children and Families in Tallahassee.
Shanice is admitted in Florida (2021) and to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida (2024).
