Biography
Michael D. Beharry, Esq., is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Stuart Location. He focuses his practice on automobile negligence, bad faith, trucking liability, commercial litigation, and general liability matters. Michael also handles premises liability, negligent security, diminished value and loss of use cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael handled automobile negligence, trucking liability, commercial litigation, premises liability and negligent security cases at Florida law firm before he opened his own law practice. During the time he had his own law practice, he had a particular focus on diminished value and loss of use litigation. Michael brings unique experience representing a wide range of client’s from individuals to large corporations, known for his practical, results-driven approach to dispute resolution.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida (2014). During his time at the University of Central Florida, he was a member of the Mock Trial team. Michael obtained a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law (2017). While in law school, Michael was a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Patricia Marino-Pedraza.
Michael is admitted in Florida (2017) and Texas (2025). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2019).
