Biography

Carley E. Sheppard, Esq., is an Associate in the Fort Lauderdale office. She focuses her practice on general liability, premises liability and automobile negligence matters.

Carley earned a Bachelor of Science in Law Studies from the University of Mississippi, graduating magna cum laude (2022). She obtained a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law (2025), graduating magna cum laude and ranking in the top 6% of her class. While in law school, Carley was a Judicial Intern for Chief Judge Carol-Lisa Phillips in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. She served as a Board Member of Nova Law Review. Carley made the Dean’s List every semester and received the CALI Book Award for Constitutional Law I. She also served as a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law I, as well as a teaching and research assistant for Property. Additionally, Carley was the 2L Representative for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Carley is admitted in Florida (2025).
