Biography

Jaclyn M. Andersen, Esq., is an Associate in the Boston office. She focuses her practice on automobile negligence, premises liability and general liability matters. She also handles product liability and construction liability cases.

Jaclyn received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Salve Regina University, graduating summa cum laude (2021). While in undergrad, she was a government intern participating the Rhode Island State Government Intern Program where she worked with the intern team to develop a proposal to improve the affordable housing crisis. Jaclyn obtained a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston, graduating cum laude and in the top 10% of her class (2025). While in law school, Jaclyn was a member of the Sandra Day O’Connor Honor’s Program. She completed the New England Law, Boston Intellectual Property Law Certificate program while also completing a Business Law concentration. While in law school, Jaclyn was also a multi-time recipient of the New Law Scholar Award, as well as a Comment and Note Editor of the New England Law Review. During her time as a member of the New England Law Review, her note, “1 Step Forward, 3 Steps Back: The Struggle Over Fair Use in Digital Sampling,” was published in Vol. 59 of the New England Law Review.

Jaclyn is admitted to practice in Massachusetts (2025).
