Biography
Samuel J. Gittle, Esq., is a Junior Partner the Miami office. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation and toxic tort matters. Samuel also handles insurance coverage, automobile liability, premises liability, appeals and first party property litigation in both state and federal court.
Prior to joining the firm, Samuel worked for a boutique law firm focused on mass torts and class action cases. Throughout his career, he has first chaired several trials and advocating on behalf of clients in contested evidentiary hearings. Samuel had also prepared and drafted appellate briefs for cases in the Third and Fourth Florida District Courts of Appeal.
Samuel obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis where he was in the honors program and the Sigma Phi Honors Society (2007). He earned a Juris Doctor from Emory University Law School (2012).
Samuel is admitted in Florida (2012) and New York (2016). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern (2025), Middle (2023) and Southern(2012) Districts of Florida and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (2024).
