Biography
Sean C. Barber, Esq., a Junior Partner in the Jacksonville office with over 23 years litigation experience. He focuses his practice on complex residential, condominium, commercial and single-family home construction defect matters defending architects, engineers, design professionals, contractors and subcontractors. Sean also handles general liability, PIP and premises liability cases in both State and Federal Court.
Prior to joining the firm, Sean worked for a large Florida insurance defense firm handling their complex construction defect litigation, premises liability, PIP and automobile negligence cases.
Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts from Christopher Newport University (1998). He obtained a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law (2003).
Sean is admitted in Florida (2003) and Virginia (2009). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (2006).
