Biography
Hailey A. Berger, Esq., is an Associate in the Fort Lauderdale office. She focuses her practice on general liability, premise liability and automobile negligence matters. Hailey also has experience handling complex business litigation and real estate litigation.
Hailey earned a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University (2022). While attending Florida State University, Hailey was member of the 74th Student Senate, elected to the College of Business Senate Seat 2 from February 2021 to April 2022. She also founded and served as president of Delta Gamma Phi, Florida State University Chapter, the first Women in Pre-Law Sorority at Florida State.
Hailey obtained a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating cum laude (2025). While in law school, she served as a law clerk in both the transactional and litigation sections. Hailey also interned with the State Attorney for the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County Florida and clerked at private law firms, where she assisted with civil litigation matters and criminal court proceedings. Hailey published an article in the Nova Law Review titled “Examining the Constitutional Landscape of State Gestational Surrogacy Statutes Through a Bioethical Lense”, 49 Nova L. Rev. (2025).
Hailey is admitted in Florida (2025). She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (2025).
