Biography
Mary Cate Rivera, Esq., is an Associate in the Boston office. She focuses her practice on generally liability, automobile negligence and liquor liability matters. She also handles construction accidents, workplace accidents, and subrogation and property damage cases.
Prior to joining Luks, Santaniello, Mary Cate worked for an insurance defense firm, defending insurance companies and their insureds in general liability, automobile negligence, workplace accidents, property damage matters, and subrogation matters.
Mary Cate received a Bachelor of Arts from Roger Williams University, graduating cum laude (2013). She obtained a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston, while working full-time at a local Boston hospital (2023). Mary Cate received the Sandra Day O’Connor Scholarship. She was awarded a CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Hospital Law and Federal Courts.
Mary Cate is admitted in Massachusetts (2023).
