Biography
Glenn A. Palaia, Esq., is the firms Attorney Billing Compliance Manager. He is a Florida-licensed attorney with a background spanning criminal defense, insurance litigation, and legal compliance. Glenn has tried over 20 case to jury verdict.
As Attorney Billing Compliance Manager, he oversees compliance with client billing guidelines, develops auditing systems, and trains timekeepers on billing requirements.
Before moving into a compliance role, Glenn practiced as a first-party property litigator with the firm, handling claims arising under residential and commercial property policies. Additionally, he previously served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, where he represented clients from arraignment through disposition.
Glenn earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in the Classics (Greek and Latin) from Kenyon College, graduating cum laude (2010). He obtained his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School (2014). While in law school, he was a legal intern with the Roxbury Defenders and also assisted attorneys with felony cases in Superior Court.
Glenn is admitted in Florida (2014).
