Biography
Sally Helen Seltzer, Esq., is a Senior Partner in the Fort Lauderdale office with over 25 years of litigation and trial experience. Her practice encompasses general liability, premise liability, negligent security and liquor liability cases. Sally also handles automobile negligence, wrongful death, professional liability and social services liability matters. She is a certified instructor for claims professionals by the Florida Department of Insurance.
Sally has represented clients in the retail and hospitality industry, supermarket chains, hotel owners and operators, security companies, and commercial businesses. Additionally, she has represented Social Service agencies and insurance professionals in matters associated with the negligent procurement of insurance.
Sally was raised in the Boston area. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University, graduating cum laude (1995). Sally obtained a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center (1999).
Sally is admitted in Florida (1999) and Massachusetts (2016). She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2009).
