Biography
Michaela C. Sanchez, Esq., is a Senior Associate in the Stuart office. She focuses her practice handling automobile negligence, trucking liability, roadway construction, general liability, home owners association, premises liability and sexual misconduct liability matters in both State and Federal Court. Michaela also handles commercial litigation, construction defect, medical malpractice, government liability and first party property cases.
Before joining the firm, Michaela’s practice primarily focused on representing healthcare providers and organizations in medical malpractice litigation. She also handled automobile negligence, construction, first party property, general liability, premises liability and sexual assault cases throughout the state of Florida. Prior to law school, Michaela worked in publicity in promotions for major film studios.
Michaela earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Florida International University where she graduated magna cum laude (2016). She obtained a Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law (2021). During law school, Michaela was a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Laurel Isicoff in the United States Bankruptcy Court.
Michaela is admitted in Florida (2021) and to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2022).
