Biography

Deana N. Dunham, Esq. is a Junior Partner in the Jacksonville office with over a decade of litigation experience. She has tried numerous cases to defense verdict. Her practice focuses on automobile liability, premises liability, negligent security, first-party property, and general liability matters.

Before joining the firm, Deana worked for a major insurance carrier as a litigation specialist managing first-party litigated claims. She also served as staff counsel for an insurance carrier, where she handled personal injury, property damage, and subrogation matters. Deana's background provides her with extensive insight into the insurance industry and claims-handling process.

Deana earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Westminster College, in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania, double majoring in International Business and Spanish. She obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Akron, in Akron, Ohio. While is law school, Deana served as an Associate Editor for law review.

Deana is admitted to practice in Florida (2013). She is admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (2013). She is admitted in Ohio (2009), although she has elected in-active status in 2013. In addition to her law licenses, Deana maintains an All Lines, Independent Adjuster license, which has been active since 2012.
