Biography
Aaron Finesilver, Esq. is a member of the firm's bodily injury team with upwards of 16 years of litigation experience. Aaron concentrates his practices in auto, general liability, negligent security and premises liability matters. He also handles property damage claims and sexual misconduct liability claims. In his prior positions he has served as lead counsel in commercial litigation and employment matters for breach of contract, fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty and civil theft.
Aaron earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University in 1999. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University School of Law, cum laude in 2002. Aaron is admitted in Florida (2002). He is also admitted to the U.S. Districts Courts, Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. Aaron is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
