Hayley Newman, Esq., is a Strategic Growth Officer and Senior Partner in the Boca Raton office. She is widely recognized for her leadership in high-stakes construction defect and complex liability litigation. As a Construction Law Board Certified Expert by The Florida Bar, Hayley represents developers, design professionals, general contractors, and subcontractors in sophisticated, multi-party disputes involving construction defects, construction-related injuries, and complex real property matters. She is also highly experienced in construction defect coverage litigation, guiding insurers and clients through technically intricate and financially significant claims.
Known for her courtroom strength, technical fluency, and commitment to client success, Hayley brings a powerful combination of litigation excellence, industry insight, and strategic leadership to every matter she handles. Her practice is distinguished by her strategic, business-focused approach to litigation and risk management. Hayley is admitted to United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (2021).
