Biography
Thomas D. Capasso, Esq. is a Senior Partner in the Fort Lauderdale office. He is a member of the First Party Property and General Liability teams. Thomas has significant trial experience in his handling of first party property matter. Thomas has experience handling automobile bodily injury matters, premise liability matters, wrongful death matters, and general liability matters. He also has experience handling commercial litigation matter.
Prior to joining the firm, Thomas worked for several full-service law firms, specializing in first party property and personal injury actions. Throughout his tenure as an attorney, Tom has obtained favorable results successfully advocating for his clients. Every case that Tom handles, he devotes his considerable knowledge and makes an intense personal investment to every detail of the case, ensuring he achieves the best possible outcome for his client.
Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Social Science, with a minor in Business and Political Philosophy from Florida State University (2009). He obtained his Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law (2013).
Thomas is admitted in Florida (2014). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (2020).
