Biography
Nicole C. Seropian, Esq., is the firm's Pre-Trial Compliance Attorney and Co-Director of Time Limit Demand and Policy Limit Demand Practice Group. She has over thirty years of experience practicing in both trial and appellate courts. In addition to jury trial experience, Nicole has handled over 100 non-jury trials. Prior to joining the firm, Nicole was Associate In-House Counsel for a Florida insurance company.
In her capacity as Pre-Trial Compliance Partner, Nicole oversees review of the firm’s litigation files, with concentration on timely fulfillment of critical, court ordered pre-trial deadlines, including deadlines for compulsory medical evaluations, expert witness disclosures, and filings of witness and exhibit lists, and dispositive motions. By ensuring compliance with all court ordered pre-trial deadlines, the firm can avoid the potential for adverse rulings which are anticipated in light of the rigidity of the changes to the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, which are going into effect in January 2025.
As a litigation attorney for the firm, Nicole previously specialized in complex construction defect and general liability matters. She also handled premises liability, automobile negligence, roadway construction, wrongful death, negligent security, commercial and first-party property cases.
Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida (1984). She obtained her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law (1988).
Nicole is admitted in Florida (1989). She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (1989) and the Middle District of Florida (1991).
