Biography
Nicole C. Seropian, Esq., is the firm’s Director of Pre-Trial Compliance and Co-Director of Time and Policy Limit Demands and Tenders Practice Group. She has over thirty-five years of experience practicing in both trial and appellate courts. In addition to jury trial experience, Nicole has handled over 100 non-jury trials. Prior to joining the Firm, Nicole was Associate In-House Counsel for a Florida insurance company.
In her capacity as Director of Pre-Trial Compliance, Nicole oversees review of the firm’s litigation files, with concentration on timely fulfillment of critical, court ordered pre-trial deadlines, including filings of expert witness disclosures, witness and exhibit lists, and dispositive motions. Additionally, Nicole oversees implementation of and compliance with internal firm guidelines for proactive case management in all the firm’s general liability cases.
As the firm’s Co-Director of Time and Policy Limit Demands and Tenders Practice Group, Nicole reviews all pre-suit and litigation demands received in the firm’s cases, including time limit demands, policy limits demands, proposals for settlement (PFSs) and civil remedy notices (CRNs), and confers with the firm’s handling attorneys to provide recommended response strategy to the client and the insurance carrier.
Previously, Nicole served as a litigation attorney for the firm where she focused her practice in construction defect, general liability, premises liability, automobile negligence, roadway construction, and negligent security cases.
Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida (1984). She obtained her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law (1988).
Nicole is admitted in Florida (1989). She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (1989) and the Middle District of Florida (1991).
